The interior of this pleasant house features a modern minimalistic style. The large windows allow for plenty of natural light to enter the home and show the beautiful red rocks on full display. The motorized privacy blinds do a good job of blocking out the light when it's time to sleep. There are three bedrooms all with king beds and TVs.

Enjoy the modern kitchen and appliances with ample counter space. The kitchen contains everything you might need, including an oven, fridge, freezer, reverse osmosis water filtered faucet, coffee machine (2 kinds), dishwasher, blender, and even an air fryer. The spacious living room area has a wide couch and two chairs in front of a 75" TV.

The back porch of the home has a fire pit and several chairs to sit and admire the scenery. This house in one of a kind in this neighborhood in that it has a misting system that can help you stay cool on hot days.

Please note that the third bedroom of the house is not connected to the rest of the house by any interior doors. This makes it extra private, but keep this in mind if you have young children and you don't want them in a separate unit.
