Located in the beloved Arcadia Resort community, you have no shortage of incredible amenities right at your fingertips! Enjoy access to multiple pool areas including a brand-new lap pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tubs, zero-entry kid's splash zone, and a large pool with waterfalls. Splash, play, and lounge poolside all day long. The fun doesn't stop at the pools either! Step into the clubhouse to find games, a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and arcades or check out our brand-new amenity area where you'll find 2 pickleball courts.  
  
After a day of fun at the pool and clubhouse, we're certain you'll love coming home to Arcadia #45. Rest, relax, and recover in this beautiful, well-appointed villa with all the conveniences and comforts of home. \*This villa is DOG FRIENDLY! There is a 1-dog maximum with a 50lb weight limit (must be at least 1-year-old and approved by Arcadia Resort). Additional dog friendly rental agreement acknowledging specific rules MUST be signed before dog is approved. A $500 deposit is required, $250 of which is refundable if the home is left in good condition and applicable rules are followed for the duration of the stay - see details here. Unauthorized pets will be subject to a fine. Please notify Arcadia Resort at booking if you intend to bring a dog.
