Hotel très accueillant et propre, petit déjeuné copieux et à volonté, silencieux et proche du centre ville et de la gare. Service impécable. Point + : accès à une salle internet à volonté et gratuite. Point - : les chambres doubles std sont avec 2 lits séparés. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

This hotel is very good value. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there are good places to eat within walking distance. I found an excellent restaurant a few blocks away called Champaneria, on a rooftop with a nice view and excellent food. There was a minor problem checking in. Although I’d booked a Superior room through Expedia, some agency called “Arktur” (yet another middle man) had put me in a Standard Twin. Eventually it was sort of worked out, although the Superior was supposed to have a queen-size bed, and I got a full-size. It wasn’t apparently the hotel’s fault, but it was annoying and took a while to solve.

Bed are small. The rooms are hot during the summer time, no ventilation or airconditioning. The wifi is slow. Breakfast and reception staff are both fine.

I liked how they had breakfast in the cafe and still so many choices for my gluten-free diet and always left satisfied and full. It was harder one night to get dinner and had to go to the market because I didn't know they closed before 9 PM but was ok.

Fabulous Soviet era top-notch business hotel
We loved our stay and would highly recommend this fabulous hotel! The town’s leading business hotel, Nadiya is extremely comfortable and service-oriented. All staff speak English, in a city and country where English is limited. The staff helped us arrange complicated travel plans with patience and experience. We had an air-conditioned, spacious room that consisted of 2 rooms and a bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Staff even mentioned when they were closing the buffet in case we wanted more. There is an extremely well-stocked store and take away restaurant. You can see what you want to eat, avoiding language barriers, and eat at outside seating area. It is a short walk to the old and parts of town.

Very good stay. Excellent value for money. Standard business type hotel with comfortable room. Great breakfast with huge choice. Wifi worked well in room. Located within 10 minutes walk of city centre and railway station. Supermarkets just outside hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel in posizione centrale e comodo per accedere alla zona pedonale della città, pulito, camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione molto buona e varia. Uniche "pecche": la mancanza di tende veramente oscuranti e il personale alla reception poco sorridente (ma in ogni caso non ho avuto alcun problema!)
