Accommodation description:  
This comfortable holiday apartment is located in the basement of a rustic working farm. A variant of the Itter valley run runs past the farm, so you can literally ski right up to the back of the house. The accommodation offers a spacious living area with a cosy sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. There is also a garden in front of the house for communal use  
Itter, a picturesque village in Tyrol, is a versatile holiday destination that is fun at any time of year. In winter it is part of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, one of the largest and most diverse ski areas in Austria, with over 280 kilometres of pistes. The Hohe Salve mountain is a jewel that not only delights skiers and snowboarders, but also nature lovers and panorama fans.  
  
The region in and around Itter offers a wide range of restaurants and après-ski hotspots. Here you can experience warm Tyrolean hospitality and savour regional delicacies. Whether you are looking for a rustic mountain restaurant with traditional Alpine cuisine or a chic culinary experience, there is plenty of choice and you will feel right at home.  
  
But the region is not only fascinating in winter. Nature comes to life in the warmer months. The region is known for its idyllic mountain lakes, which offer refreshing cooling in summer. #### Unvergesslich

Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft, Bilderbuch Gegend, stets hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeber-Familie, ruhig und für die Wanderungen doch zentral! Wir waren als Ehepaar von 10.05. bis 17.05. 2024 bei der Familie Ossanna und uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles was wir benötigt haben, war vorhanden. Von Geschirr, über Küchenrollen bis auf Seife und Bettwäsche! Und jeden Tag, und mehrmals. hatten wir eine herzliche Begrüßung von Charly und Lola, zwei Mischling-Hunde die dort als „Sicherheitspersonal“😂 eingestellt sind!!! Alles in Allem, wir können diese Unterkunft wärmsten empfehlen und wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen! Vielen lieben Dank für alles, Familie Ossanna und bis bald! Schöne Grüße aus Bayern Martina und Sergio
