He said we simply couldn't leave the island until we had seen it. He was not wrong! Beautiful, peaceful place with views to die for and so untouched by tourists, the only others there were some goats :) Looking down over Vathy where we had just been staying. Also to get here you have to cross the narrowest part of the island where you can see the coast from either side of the road. Ithaca my favourite Greek island!
