A casa é limpa, organizada, com todos os utensílios de cozinha disponíveis, geladeira e freezer em ótimo estado de funcionamento. Os quartos e a sala são confortáveis e amplos. A piscina limpa e bem tratada. Toda família adorou passar os finais de tarde na varanda, onde podíamos curtir o pôr-do-sol e vislumbrar o mar. Percebemos o zelo do proprietário com o imóvel. A praia é bem tranquila, sem muita "muvuca", e fica em frente da casa, possui um quiosque de nome Paraíso, salvo engano, com ótimo atendimento e porções super saborosas e de bom preço. Tudo somou para que toda minha família passasse um final de semana maravilhoso. Não tivemos contratempos, a casa é bem segura. O Sr. Adilson, proprietário, cumpriu com o combinado e esteve à nossa disposição o tempo todo. Enfim, quem procura um imóvel confortável, limpo, aconchegante e perto da praia, este sem dúvida atenderá as necessidades. Parabéns Sr. Adilson pela linda casa e obrigada por abri-la à minha família. Pouco banheiro em relação a quantidade de pessoas que a casa suporta 3\. Televisão com poucas opções de canal 4\. Localização com pouca abrangência de celular 5\. Escada de acesso ao pavimento superior muito lisa e com degraus soltos 6\. Deveria ter botijão de gás de reserva, apesar das instruções sob a responsabilidade ser do cliente(Não foi legal) 7\.
