O café da manhã, atualmente terceirizado, é bom, mas pode melhorar muito. Tanto o atendimento quanto a variedade. Nas duas oportunidades poderíamos ser melhor recebidos pelo gerente, o qual parecia demonstrar pouco interesse em nos atender, diferente dos demais funcionários. Não conhecíamos as instalações. Uma boa apresentação do local seria muito bem vinda. Há um elevador de acesso às suites que não possui dispositivo de segurança em caso de ruptura dos cabos de aço. O elevador possuía componentes deteriorados, como uma de sua grades laterais, podendo causar acidentes como quedas e ferimentos superficiais. Piscina natural e praia incríveis. O hotel simplesmente não oferece nenhum serviços após as 17h e em nenhum momento isso é mencionado na reserva. Hospedar-se com crianças neste hotel é simplesmente inviável. Eu e minha família mudamos de hotel no segundo dia, sem qualquer respaldo da pseudo equipe de atendimento ao cliente. Falta de educação e descaso marcaram todas ass tentaivas de contato que tivemos para uma saída honrosa e pacífica da propriedade. Sem restaurante e serviço de quarto. Uma lastima. Se necessitar qualquer serviço, não existe. A recepção fecha as18:00 hs, depois disso não existe nem funcionários. Escolhi o hotel por ser vizinho a outro que está temporariamente fechado. Fica praticamente de frente para o mar. Tinha uma varanda com rede em que dava para ouvir o barulho constante das ondas e tinha uma visão incrível! Ao mesmo tempo, o quarto está bem cansado. Praticamente não tinha decoração ou mobília. O banheiro estava bem velho e não tinha qualquer estrutura de cozinha. Isso faz muita falta porque não tem qualquer funcionário após as 16:00 horas. E claro que não tinha serviço de quarto ou restaurante. Conheci a área externa de antes e posso dizer que está tudo muito decadente. Antes tinha restaurante, serviço de bar na praia e espreguiçadeias acolchoadas. E hoje tudo está jugado pelos cantos. Já sabia disso, mas não deixa de ser triste. Essas coisas deveriam ser consideradas para que fosse cobrado um valor menor (até por isso os quartos estavam quase todos vazios). Ao mesmo tempo, voltando a falar das coisas boas, convém dizer que a praia local é quase que privativa. Nunca tem mais de 20 pessoas lá. Muita mata, muito verde... Um rio deságua na praia e tudo lindo! Traduzindo: um hotel duas estrelas e local cinco estrelas.
