Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 100 m² air-conditioned semi-detached house with swimming pool for rent in Istres, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 150 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is as follows:  
  
Ground floor:  
\- 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and fireplace   
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Shower room  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds   
\- Lounge area with double sofa bed  
\- Bathroom with bath  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful 150 m² private garden and 120 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
\- A swimming pool (unheated, open from May to September) measuring 11mx6m and 0 to 1.5 m deep  
  
The house is ideally located in Istres, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
