Perfect spot by the river and very relaxing

Excellent location and very relaxing. No negatives about this place apart from the dinner menu which has some choice but not enough choice when staying four nights or more. However there are plenty of other restaurants and places to eat along the river a 2 minute drive away. If there was more dinner choices at this place would have stayed for dinner every night too - a great place to just hang out and chill. Highly recommended!

We had a bit of a misunderstanding with the bioking but the front staff Fatma was kind and understanding. Explained everything we needed to know and took responsibility for the misunderstanding. I went with my family including kids and we enjoyed our stay here.

My husband and I took a family trip to Wineport with our parents, and stayed overnight. We booked three rooms, all of which had working fireplaces. The property is situated on the river in a quiet and secluded part of town with no other hotels nearby; there was a complete sense of privacy. Our stay at Wineport was memorable in more ways than expected. Although it was a rainy day, we were able to hang out at the lobby/ study area, watch the nature and take sips of various Turkish red wines. General Manager Hayri wasn't only informative, but also very professional, friendly, and always there to assist us with any of our needs. Hayri and his staff set up a dinner table for our large party by the fireplace in the dining area. The fire was crackling, the wine was plenty, the food was delicious, the attentiveness of staff was exemplary. This was followed by live music at the lobby until midnight. Wineport has live music Tuesday through Sunday every week. Guests were encouraged to sing and dance. I do not know if I ever felt more welcome in an establishment as I felt during our stay. Our entire party parted with one regret; we all agreed we should have stayed a few more nights. The serene surroundings, the loving and caring customer service received from staff and Hayri, the variety of wines available, the list goes on and on, and on... We look forward to our next, much longer stay at this amazing lodge. Thank you everyone, who has made our stay special.

Eşimle bu otelde 2020 Temmuz ve 2021 Temmuz aylarında da konaklamıştık ve o dönemlerde çok memnun kalmış, bölgenin en prestijli oteli olduğunu düşünmüştük. Ancak 25 Ağustos 2025 tarihinde yaptığımız bir gecelik konaklamada, odaların konforu ve temizliği dışında hiçbir noktadan memnun kalmadık. Havuzun suyu bulanıktı ve hijyen açısından güven vermiyordu. Akşam yemeği ve sabah kahvaltısı beklentimizin çok altındaydı. Eşim balık, ben antrikot tercih ettim; ancak antrikot fazlasıyla kurumuş, balık ise kızgın yağda tutulup kupkuru kalmıştı. Mezeler vasat, ikram edilen pizzalar buz gibi ve çok küçük porsiyonlardaydı. Ürün kalitesi genel olarak oldukça düşük seviyedeydi. Bu fiyat skalasında (en düşük odası 6000-7000 TL’den, en lüks odası 18.000 TL’ye kadar çıkan) bir otelde böyle bir yemek servisi kabul edilemez. Şarap seçkisi başarılı olsa da yemeklerin kalitesi, soğuk ikramlıklar ve ağırlıklı olarak karbonhidrat sunulması otelin genel standartlarıyla kesinlikle uyuşmadı. Sonuç olarak, odaların konforu dışında oteli önerebileceğimiz hiçbir yön kalmadı. Bu deneyimden sonra tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Eşimle iki gün konakladığımız tesisin ortamını, doğasını çok sevdik. Huzurlu, sakin bir tatil isteyenlere öneririm. Restorantta personel ilgisi çok iyiydi ,yemeği ,kahvaltısı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Sadece ilk gecemizde klimanın kapanmasından dolayı odamız soğuk oldu sonraki gün problem çözüldü. Günlük temizliğin yapılmasını en azından havluların vs.değişmesini isterdik. Onun dışında keyifli vakit geçirdik teşekkür ederiz 👌

İki personelle iş yapmaya çalışıyorlar oldukça yetersizdi sürekli içecek ya da yemeklerimizi kahvaltımızı beklemek zorunda kaldık sipariş vereceğimiz zaman 2 dakikaya geliyoruz deyip 30 dakika gelmediler personelin nehre çöp attigini gördük yakıştıramadım odada klima hiç soğutmuyordu ve inanılmaz gürültülüydü uyuyamadım ayrıca otelin havuzu adeta hamam suyundan daha sıcaktı asla serinletmedi. Bu kadar sıcak su Olması devirdaimın çalışmıyor anlamına gelmesi ve suyun kirli olduğu kanısına varmama sebep oldu. Havuza sadece bir defa girebildim

Eşimle birlikte gittik, harika bir ortam var öncelikle. Havuz, nehir kıyısındaki oturma birimleri, akşam ateş başı canlı müzikte Tolga Bey çok keyifli bir ortam yatatıyor. Yemekler ve kahvaltı gayet iyiydi. Tek eleştirim odalardaki toz olabilir, alerjisi olan bir çift olarak perdelerdeki tozlardan epey zorlandık.

Sakin,huzurlu,doğa ile iç içe bir yer. Çoluk çocuk gürültüsü de yoktu. Restoran gerek yemekleri gerek ambiyansıyla oldukça başarılı. Odada akşamları şöminemiz yakılıyordu. Sıcak bir ortam. Personelin hepsi kibar ve yardımsever. Eksi olarak, nehir kenarında doğal olarak börtü böceği bol bir yer olduğu için bu temizlik konusuna daha dikkat edilmeli. Ayrıca odaya mini-bar koyulabilir.
