Fully renovated in 2020, it blends charm with modern systems. This two-story home features a private ground-floor terrace for your enjoyment, while the lower bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with complete privacy.

Guest Access:  
The apartment has a private entrance and operates with a lockbox system. You can access the apartment using the key inside the lockbox located right next to the door.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Tucked quietly away from the hum of Istiklal Avenue, Tercüman Çıkmazı is one of those hidden corners of Beyoğlu that reveals itself only to those who wander without a map. It’s a short, narrow street, yet it carries the weight of a century’s worth of footsteps — journalists, poets, travelers, and locals who have found refuge here between the grand boulevards and secret courtyards.  
By day, sunlight filters through balconies draped with ivy, casting dappled patterns across the cobblestones. The scent of fresh bread escapes from a tiny bakery, while a cat naps lazily in the doorway of a vintage shop. Just around the corner, the lively pulse of Istiklal Avenue awaits, with its art galleries, coffee houses, and historic passages.  
By night, the street becomes a whispering pathway, a place where you can pause before rejoining the city’s energy. From here, it’s an easy stroll to the cultural landmarks of Beyoğlu — the grand Pera Palace, the nostalgic tram, and the glittering lights of Galata Tower.  
Staying here means you’re in the middle of everything, yet wrapped in the kind of quiet that makes you feel like a local.  
  
Getting Around:  
From this central Beyoğlu location, getting around the city is effortless. Istiklal Avenue is just a minute’s walk, with tram, bus, and metro connections close at hand. The Şişhane metro station is only a short stroll away, linking you to the Golden Horn, the Historic Peninsula, and beyond.  
  
On foot, you can reach Karaköy’s waterfront, the ferry docks for Bosphorus crossings, or the lively streets of Taksim. Taxis and ride-hailing services are readily available, and most key destinations — from Sultanahmet to Beşiktaş — are just 10–20 minutes away depending on traffic. Whether exploring on foot, riding the nostalgic tram, or hopping on the metro, you’ll find the city at your fingertips.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
As Homie Suites, we have to be provided with our guests’ valid passport ID’s to welcome our guests in our apartments which is a compulsory requirement to conform to the Turkish Legislation Regulations and Rules which were authorized and reported by Turkish legislation dated 26/06/1973.  
  
Our guests need to agree to send us the related information before they check into their Homie Apartment. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to share the check-in instructions with our guests who don't share their passport information.
