« The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in all aspects of my stay. The room was suoer clean and modern. Only thing I would change was the pillows but I am a fussy sleeper so.. The location was perfect for me for visiting a relative in TYKS; 5mins walk across the road. The bistro within the hotel was top class-food was amazing quality and the staff again very lovely. It was easy walk to city centre, took me anout 20mins on snowy well kept pathways. The corner shop opposite (K market) was also...

« Pas de code reçu à l’arrivée, bloquer devant un hôtel sans réception. L’unique possibilité est de contacter le service client, forcément payant, et l’attente longue avec une musique d’attente nous a valu une facture de plus de 50€ de frais téléphonique, presque plus cher que le prix de la chambre!!! À fuir, voleurs. Vu le prix nous aurions pu prendre un hôtel largement plus luxueux, le prix de la chambre low cost est donc largement compensée par les frais téléphonique… et le temps a régler ces...

"Pas de code reçu à l’arrivée, bloquer devant un hôtel sans réception. L’unique possibilité est de contacter le service client, forcément payant, et l’attente longue avec une musique d’attente nous a valu une facture de plus de 50€ de frais téléphonique, presque plus cher que le prix de la chambre!!! À fuir, voleurs. Vu le prix nous aurions pu prendre un hôtel largement plus luxueux, le prix de la chambre low cost est donc largement compensée par les frais téléphonique… et le temps a régler ces problèmes. "
