The location, the amenities and the Host! The parking was easy and always available. The proximity and access to the beach was exactly what we wanted. The rooms were perfect and comfortable, with 2 of the rooms having beautiful ocean views and decks. The only thing I would suggest is beach towels. We flew there and packing a bulky beach towel was not an option so we had to go buy some beach towels for our stay. I think if you are going to have a beach front property you should supply them. But that wouldn't stop us from staying there again, the accommodations, host and location were that good. ##### Emily L.
