We also offer a new kind of travel insurance, called Cancel for Any Reason through Rental Guardian, and is 10.8% of the total. The furniture and beds were so cozy and comfortable. The pictures online are great, but when you walk into the home, it was so breathtaking. The views were spectacular and the house is so private with the lush greenery and huge yard and pool. We had a private chef come one evening and it was so nice to sit at huge table and chairs on the screened porch. We just had the most amazing time and truly fell in love with this home and property. Beautifully decorated ...beautiful views from every window and decks. Wonderful kitchen. Pool and hot tub and surrounding area was lovely. Huge yard with private boardwalk access to beach. It is well equipped with all you could possibly need. Only recommendation is guard rail to pool (we had older adults) and grab bars for showers. Would gladly rent again. ##### Robert K. We were uncertain exactly what to expect during COVID, but the rental company was 1st rate and the home was immaculate upon our arrival.
