This is an oceanfront, four-bedroom, four-bath condominium with 2,000 square feet of living space featuring fantastic views of the Atlantic. Perfectly located in the heart of the Isle of Palms once you arrive you might never need your car again during your vacation. Fine dining, shopping, and treats can all be found steps away from this privately gated condominium complex. To further enhance the location, "Seaside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is located on the end of the building, with a large deck that provides perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and an oceanfront master suite. When it is time to hit the water, Ocean Palms offers a wonderful private swimming pool for the community, a private walkway to the beach, and some of the best waves and stretches of beach anywhere in the Low Country. The interior of "Seaside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is bright and cheery. The living room provides a perfect blend of colors and comfort. Beautiful floors and a fireplace anchor the lovely decor. The kitchen, recently renovated, is perfect for entertaining your family and has an abundance of supplies to make your family and friends gathering easy and elegant. Stainless steel appliances and quartz surfaces highlight the kitchen area. The master suite will help you dream about the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, with access to an oceanfront deck, king bed, and private bath featuring a garden tub and separate shower. A second master suite features a king bed with a private bath. All the bedrooms feature TVs, and each has a full bathroom. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. \- The community pool is open for the season between April and October and is not heated. \- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Fireplaces are not for guest use. \- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible.
