Also located on the first level is the kitchen with dining table and bar that provides extra seating. The master bedroom with a king bed is located on the first level, which features a beautiful master bath. The upper-level features three bedrooms. The 2nd master bedroom is highlighted with a king bed that opens into a wonderful private bathroom. The first guest bedroom, which features two queen beds, and the second guest bedroom, which has two twin beds, face the Marina and share a balcony with beautiful views. It shares the space with another boat. \- You must be 25 years or older to book this home. \- The community pool is open year around but is not heated. \- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. \- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. \- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Fireplaces are not for guest use. \- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. \- Guests have access to the Morgan's Cove pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes.
