Enjoy the new open floor plan downstairs! The crisp new kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry offering lots of storage, beautiful quartz counter tops, and tile flooring. Beyond the kitchen is the living and dining area which offers a new wine bar, complete with an under counter cooler. The dining area offers seating for four while the living room boasts a 65" large flat-screen TV with Blue Ray, and DVD and direct access to the porch with lovely ocean and pool views! Also downstairs is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a 32” flat screen television, a bath (with a hairdryer!) shared with the hall, and a laundry room. The master suite upstairs offers a king bed, 32” LCD flat screen television, a private bath (with a hairdryer!) There is covered parking underneath and access to a community pool. This is a second floor unit with two flights of stairs to the front door. WiFi. Linens. No Smoking. No Pets. \---LAYOUT--- First Floor: Parking for two cars. Stairs to condo. This space was very clean and accommodating. Beware the photo for the second bedroom isn’t clear and looks to be a double and a single bed. It is 2 single beds which caused an issue. Also, we have been vacationing on wild dunes for 15 years. We unfortunately learned that we would not have access to the Sweetgrass or boardwalk inn amenities which was available until a change last year. But we learned this after our check in.
