    The Space:

    There’s room for the whole group to gather – and spread out – at this spacious home, just about a half block from the beach. Featuring a plethora of new additions and renovations, this house exudes the familiar ambience of home mixed with one of luxury. The main floor sports beach blues, bright whites, and hardwood floors throughout, adding to the roomy feel. Days start perfectly outside on either the updated, enclosed, pool-front patio off the main bedroom suite, or upstairs on the deck, with a conversation and a cup of coffee.



    Jump in your new saltwater backyard pool for a few laps before breakfast, and head inside to the well-equipped, open kitchen when it’s time to make breakfast. A full suite of appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the gadgets you need are on hand. Dine together at the adjacent table, or head back out onto the deck and dine alfresco.



    After you eat, head to the beach or further afield to explore Isle of Palms. If you’d rather stick closer to home, work on your tan poolside and admire the landscaping. If you did hit the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then use the new washer and dryer to ensure your clothes are clean in no time. As the day wanes, keep it simple and toss dinner on the gas grill. Snuggle up in the living room and watch a movie together. No worries if you can’t agree on what to watch – each of the four bedrooms features a TV. All the bedrooms feature fully renovated en suite bathrooms and furniture as well. A powder room also exists for additional privacy and space. There’s a queen room on the main floor, and downstairs holds another queen, the main suite with a king, and a guest room with matching twin beds.

Our family really enjoyed our vacation at this home! House was very clean and everything that was listed on rental site was included. Very convenient walk to the beach. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Isle of Palms.

Amazing Location

House was great, had a little garbage disposal issue and they took care of it immediately. Awesome house, very well stocked with kitchen stuff, location was perfect to walk every where. First timer for VRBO and I was extremely happy!

Amazing location and fabulous pool

We loved this property and it’s location to beach/town was unbeatable. We rented a golf cart to haul beach things and ride around for fun, but definitely wasn’t needed. The backyard and pool were the best part of this house. Perfect for kids and adults, shaded from the sun when you wanted to be and the covered porch was perfection. The beds/bedding could be improved but other than that, highly recommend!

We enjoyed the house and the area, it was very convenient to everything and the beach being so close was amazing. The home was clean and well-equipped. The appliances could use updating. The water from the fridge and the ice tasted stale, like the filter needed to be changed, but these were mild issues.The master bedroom and bathroom were lovely.The biggest problem was with Casaga. I am assuming they are property managers; the owners should reconsider using this company. The communication was horrendous. The messages were all CLEARLY AI chatbots and not actual people. Messages were answered with stock replies, often repeating the same information and generally not addressing the issues. They make it sound like they are very accommodating and "there to help," but in actuality, it was a nightmare.It's a shame because the house is quite nice but I wouldn't rent again due to the property management, and will definitely not rent any other homes that uses Casaga.

60th birthday celebration for high school girlfriends

We had the best weekend in IOP ! 8 of us came in from all over the east coast to celebrate our 60th birthdays . We have been friends since high school and we had a lot of catching up to do ! The house was perfect for our group ! The bedroom and bathroom set up was perfect , the outdoor spaces lush and private and very well lit at night . The kitchen was well stocked and we had a wonderful weekend !

IOP stay

Overall we had an amazing experience and any issues we had were due to personal preferences and the cleaning company hired by the owners.We found an old pizza and pizza box in the oven when we pre heated it one night. This was missed by cleaning company from previous family. The cabinets were not wiped down and there were fingerprints.We would have liked hot pads, kitchen towels.Everything else was wonderful. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly shaded in the hot sun! The pool was well cared for and the bedrooms each had their own bathroom which was great!

Great location and lots of space

The house was great for our family of 5: easy walk to the beach, easy walk to coffee and restaurants, lovely neighborhood. The house was plenty spacious and every room has its own bathroom. The patio and deck are lovely and beautifully landscaped. The critiques are small… broken cabinet doors in the kitchen and missing handles to some of the drawers cheapen what is a lovely kitchen. The master mattress was just okay. The linens on all the beds were very nice and the house was cleaned nicely upon arrival. I’d stay there again for sure.

Overview

Pictures not accurate in regards to outdoor space. Very small. Pool was not clean when we arrived and quite aged. Umbrella was broken by pool. If you don’t like stairs, this place is not for you. Single, steep staircase inside. Lots of climbing with kitchen up and three bedrooms down. Otherwise, functional and location can’t be beat.

Unusable Pool Filled with Algae

Our recent experience at this property was far from what we expected. We were greeted by dirty floors throughout the house. So dirty your feet would be black after 5 minutes. However, the most alarming issue was the condition of the pool. It was completely unusable, filled with algae and what can only be described as toxic water, posing a serious health risk. Despite the premium price we paid, comparable homes in the area without pools are available for half the price, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We reached out to the management several times seeking assistance, but there was absolutely no customer service provided. No action was taken to resolve the issue. This negligence not only ruined our vacation but also left us concerned for any future guests who might encounter the same hazardous and unhygienic conditions. I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you're planning an stress-free and enjoyable vacation.
