Had a little more wear and tear than expected but was fine for our family. My only complaint was that a freeze was expected and I was texted multiple times from the management company with an emergency 24 hour number in case of emergency. Our heat did not work and I continously called the emergency number which just disconnected the call everytime. It was very frustrating and we had no heat all night and the next morning when it was 15 degrees out. They eventually corrected the phone issues and they were able to get the heat repaired the next day. I'm not sure that I would stay in a property again with this management company. ##### Ingrid P. Wonderful beach with a very nice sand bar during low tide, which makes for a great section of ocean appropriate for very young children! High tide brings the thrills of a stronger wave experience for older kids and adults! Our property was well maintained and perfect for a family of four (2 kids) and my mother in law! Very comfy, clean, and well stocked kitchen. Grocery store, butcher, fish market, and liquor store all within walking distance! Literally a three minute walk to all of these.
