The kids had endless activities—biking safely around town, shooting hoops at the house, playing volleyball in the heated pool, and of course, catching waves in the ocean. Meanwhile, the moms started their mornings with coffee on the deck, listening to the waves, before heading out for pickleball, beach walks, or simply lounging by the pool.The spacious kitchen made mealtime a breeze, and we especially loved picking up big catered dinners and enjoying them together at the house. With tons of fantastic restaurants, historic sites, and downtown Charleston just 15-20 minutes away, we had plenty to explore when we weren’t soaking up the coastal vibes.This trip was filled with incredible memories, and we’re already planning our return. We celebrated my 40th birthday with friends and family the first week of August. Even though Hurricane Debbie put a small damper on our beach team, we still had an amazing time. The house had ample room for people to hang out and be as social or as isolated as they wanted. Two fridges, two dishwashers, and two washer/dryers was an AWESOME perk given the number of people in the house. TVs in all the rooms plus games/cards/puzzles made sure we were never bored inside and not course the beach, pool, and walkability to shops, bars, and restaurants made the house a perfect venue for a full week of fun! The owner also did an excellent job of keeping us updated regarding the storm and responding to questions in a timely manner. Séjour de 7 nuits en mars 2020 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Shane O. 20 nov. 2019 #### House worked perfect for our group. This property wasn't as well maintained as others we have stayed in, in the area. We killed 6 or 7 cockroaches in our 8 day stay. The sliding doors were very difficult to open and close. There is a large amount of mold above the door in the Master of the House bedroom. The positives..... the bedroom layout is fantastic for a large family. We ran out of propane for the grill and they brought us a new in aatter of hours. Great service. Kitchen is very well stocked with cookware. The pool was fantastic. We would definitely rent this house again if the few maintenance items were addressed. Thanks ##### Shane O. We all had our own space. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms all had a private bathroom. There was a lot of family closeness and laughter. We’ll never forget the lovely time we had. The owners have thought of everything to make it work for large groups. Bathrooms for every bedroom, ice maker, etc. The location and view can’t be beat. It’s about 2 blocks from the IOP center and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. It has 10 bedrooms and plenty of room. The 2 twin bedrooms on the very top floor are small and a little cramped but there is a huge den downstairs with a full bath that we used as a makeshift bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and the entire house is furnished nicely. It has a great pool with plenty of lounge chairs.We will book this property again. ##### Penny C.
