Beautiful cottage on lagoon,walk to beach, great for couples or families

Spend your vacation relaxing in our sunny cottage on a peaceful lagoon overlooking the first hole of the Harbor Course in Wild Dunes. You will love the convenient location of our home, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Lake Village neighborhood just minutes from the main gate of the resort. The beautiful, uncrowded beach is only a 6 minute walk from the front door. The Grand Pavilion, and the Wild Dunes Village Plaza are only a short walk or bike ride away. Decorated in a casual “beachy” style, this spacious cottage is perfect for your family or small group. The first floor includes a separate dining area, an eat-in kitchen, a comfortable living area with lagoon view, screen porch and expansive deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course.

There are three bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs which will sleep a total of eight. The downstairs master bedroom suite has a king bed and attached bath with dual sinks and recently updated shower. There are also 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with twin beds, downstairs that share a full bath, recently updated with tub and shower. The upstairs includes another master suite which also has a pillow-top queen bed, a private balcony, and an attached private bath with shower. Plush bed and bath linens are provided in all bedrooms.

Outside, watch the amazing sunsets from our expansive deck or take a nap in the hammock near the lagoon. The deck has plenty of seating for outdoor dining and entertaining. The cozy screen porch is perfect for enjoying that morning cup of coffee or for curling up with a novel on a lazy afternoon. For movie buffs and music lovers, our home includes a premium home theater system with surround sound and stereo speakers in the living areas and master suite downstairs. SONOS stereo speakers are located throughout the downstairs for you to stream your favorite music, as well as AppleTVs. High speed wifi provided through Comcast.

Our home is only a 30 minute drive from Historic downtown Charleston with its carriage tours, upscale shops, fine restaurants and art galleries. Nearby Sullivan’s Island and Mount Pleasant also have numerous shopping and dining options. Boating, fishing, and water sports enthusiasts will find the Isle of Palms marina on the Intracoastal Waterway conveniently located as well.

Beautiful home, location, and host

Our family had a wonderful time at Lisa’s home in Wild Dunes. The view of the golf course from the spacious deck is beautiful and tranquil. Lots of wildlife, especially birds to watch. Lisa was very responsive and helpful, but we had no issues. Beds were comfortable, lots of seating at tables for games and meals. There are many activities to do on the resort. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoying our stay at this fabulous cottage! The walk to the beach was super easy and quick and area is gorgeous! Even my MIL who is 89 had no problem walking to the beach, as it wasn’t far. Plenty of room in this charming cottage for all 6 of us and it was clean and cool. When we had a slight issue, it was rectified immediately and Lisa was super friendly with great communication. What a wonderful week - Highly recommend!

Amazing place!

I loved staying in this house. The owner was amazing and very quick to respond with anything I needed! The place was beautiful, clean, and quiet which was just what we wanted! The beach was within walking distance and it was a great area, not too busy! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway and will definitely be coming back for another stay!

Great stay on IOP, with one caveat

My family and I were in town for Spring Break and really enjoyed our stay. The location in Wild Dunes is excellent- a short walk to the beach and pavilion. Communication with Lisa leading up to the stay was excellent- very prompt and helpful. The house layout was great for our family of 5 and the interior was updated and extremely well maintained. Only thing keeping it from a 5-star rating is the heavy amount of flying insects on the front patio and entryway. I know it's South Carolina in the spring so bugs come with the territory but they seemed excessive relative to other houses we visited during our trip. We used quite a bit of spray during our visit but it only proved to be a temporary solution.

Wonderful Gathering Place

This cottage fit our needs perfectly to reunite my Mom and her siblings ranging in age from 84-97. Plenty of spaces to sit in and out. Decor is updated with lovely art work everywhere. Very well equipped and clean. For sure considering a second stay next year!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 and rhe location to the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass, Harbor course, tennis center were a bonus. House has everything you need and the lagoon location was quiet and appreciated. Layout is inviting for family time! Golf cart rental is a must down here. Not because of the house location but because it just adds to the vacay jumping on the cart with the family for a spin in this great community. Lisa (owner) was great with good communication. Easy check in/out! Thanks Lisa!

Great cottage on Isle of Palms!

My family and I had an excellent stay at the cottage! It's located in an great location on Isle of Palms, in a very safe and family friendly community right down the street from the beach. The cottage is spacious with plenty of great amenities, and we especially loved overlooking the lagoon and community golf course right outside our back door. The owners were responsive while providing very helpful directions and information for both our arrival and throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a fun trip trip Isle of Palms and Charleston area.

Beautiful Back Deck

Great location with a roomy and quiet back deck overlooking water and a fairway on the golf course. Also walking distance to the beach. Parking is limited to 2 or 3 vehicles.
