This is a beautiful, high-end, custom-built home with so many amazing conveniences. As you enter on the second floor, you will feel the spaciousness with the tall ceilings and open floor plan. You will immediately notice a deck level pool just off the living room and dining room area. The living room and dining room each have large windows and sliding doors surrounding the pool area, which allows everyone be apart of all of the pool activities whether inside or outside. Located just 2 blocks from the beach and steps from the Isle of Palms Marina, you will love the prime location, yet very private tree lined backyard. This is a magnificent home with amazing open space, it is a wonderful oasis for families to gather. Six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, an elevator that services all levels; from the garage to the roof top deck. For additional entertainment, in the garage (1st floor/ground level) there is a ping pong room, plus on the third-floor, a large entertainment room with a large flat screen TV and wet bar. The kitchen is open and spacious featuring chef level appliances plus a large kitchen Island with seating. The dining room features a wet bar and a large dining room table that seats 10 with additional seating for 3 around the kitchen island. Of the 6 grand bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms except for the one twin/bunk room which uses a hall bathroom. The bedrooms were spacious with nice bathrooms. Kitchen had ample supplies. Short walk to the beach. We were looking forward to the pool and one of the reasons to selected this house. Unfortunately they had the heating control locked up and we could not use the pool. Managers pretty much said too bad it wasn't advertised as heated. There was no laundry detergent and we had to buy that along with limited toilet paper. Overall it was good. Pool was the main disappointment. ##### Hobie R.
