Located on the second floor (top level), this lovely condominium is decorated with modern coastal colors and offers the perfect setting and spacious layout. Step inside and you are greeted by the large open great room and kitchen offering bar seating and a vaulted ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking nature at its best. Granite countertops are a nice touch in the kitchen. The living room offers comfortable seating and dining space for eight (four at the dining room table and four at the kitchen bar). Clean and comfortable and only a short walk to the beach. The area restaurants recommended by the owner were excellent. Weather was not good but found plenty of things to do in Mt Pleasant and Charleston. We highly recommend this condo! ##### Virginia W. Apr 10, 2016 #### Excellent beach condo The condo was very clean and appropriately decorated. We enjoyed the view of the lagoon from the back decks. The kitchen was equipped with most any cooking utensil you might need for a week long beach trip. I would request this condo for a future trip. The overhead light in one bathroom was burned out. The owner arranged to have it replaced for us. It was a very pleasant stay. ##### Vicki M. The place was clean, it was furnished lovely. The bedrooms have plenty of room, living room is comfortable. We fixed breakfast each morning and ate at the dining table, there were bar stools but we enjoyed watching the animals. We stood at the window most of the morning looking for the alligator and finally found him, 2 turtles, lots of squirrels and birds. The walk to the beach was easy and fast. The pool was wonderful after going to the beach. The villa is quiet and almost everyone was friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything is very comfortable. The community pool is very nice and very close to the unit. But it's further from the beach than the description indicates because of the closing of the nearest beach access due to erosion, so we had about a 15 minute walk to the beach. We also lost electricity for several hours due to the owner's problem with the electric bill (they called it a mix-up). We had to spend several hours on the phone working that issue out but did get the electricity back on fairly quickly. ##### Mary M. Jul 12, 2015 #### Great location for 2 young couples This condo is a great place for a small family or two couples. Its common living space makes it easy to eat meals together and socialize / play games, while the separate bedrooms and bathrooms provide privacy and the ability for multiple people to shower / get ready at the same time. The kitchen and appliances / dining necessities provided made it easy for us to cook and eat meals. The location is great as well--easy access to the beach, a pool (we liked going to the beach in the morning and pool in the afternoons), and a short drive to restaurants / Charleston (we loved going to the local forts and experiencing the history of Charleston). The beach cart, towels, chairs, and umbrella provided by the owners made going to the beach easy and more enjoyable. The lagoon out back provided great scenery for us as well; we could sit in the mornings, drink our coffee, and watch nature. The owner was very easy to contact and quick to solve problems. Close proximity to the beach. Nice boardwalk access. Clean and well equipped with all the essentials. Nice open living area with plenty of seating. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and applicances that are new and updated and well functioning. The only issue we had was the night before check-out we have a cockroach in the kitchen. Didn’t think much of it- dispensed of and went on about relaxing in the living area. However later on before going to bed there was another cockroach under the kitchen table. Kind of kept us on guard through the height and the next day. Ended up checking out a day early. Other than that. Great trip, good food, nice private beach. ##### Charles K. The property is in Wild Dunes resort which was beautiful. The beach was a short walk and so nice! We enjoyed morning and evening strolls. Definitely recommend!! ##### Dana R. Back decks overlooking the lagoon had mature trees that gave cooling shade. Pictures of the unit were accurate. Unit was clean and had all we needed. We would have liked a grab bar on the bath tho', the front screen door needed sprucing up and the slider door to the back porch was hard to open. All easy fixes. ##### Paula G. We have stayed in Wild Dunes several times, but this was our first time staying in a Lagoon Villas unit. This unit was super clean when we arrived which is extremely important to us. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. And it is a very quick walk to the beach.
