We really appreciated that they upgraded us to a king tent. We had booked 2 twins but she upgraded us to a king tent for no charge. We are in our 70s so we appreciated it so much as my husband is tall and we were much more comfortable and kept warm better as it went down to 45 degrees. Nice experience!!! We were on our delayed Honeymoon (yes, I have children) and in the tent next to us was a younger child (maybe 5 or 6 years old) who seemed very upset from the time they arrived throughout the night into the next morning. We had been traveling the entire day and just wanted to relax but it was a bit hard with the screaming and crying and begging and pleading from the parents from the tent next door. Thankfully we only stayed one night. The tent itself was awesome very comfy bed, pillows, and blankets!! The view was spectacular. They did offer meals, but we did not buy any as they were a tad on the expensive side. The shower house was nice just a bit of a walk to get there. The host that greeted us was very nice and gave a lot of information however we were going to go up to the common area to sit by a fire, but the host scared us so bad about starting a fire we just stayed at the tent instead. This “hospitality industry” business had zero hospitality, or customer courtesy. In spite of their C average rating, I was willing to take a chance that they had improved. But after a flight weather cancellation beyond my control, causing my entire vacation to be canceled, this is the only business of my six bookings that refused a refund or any sort of compensation for my missed use of services. They wouldn’t budge an inch nor give any consideration for this disabled veteran. None of the ground around the tent was cleaned up to where you can make sure you can see where you’re going or anything. There was no heat no air-conditioning no electricity it was not glamping. It was Camping Wild animals brushing up against our tent, very unsafe lots of Jewish men running around the facility at two or 3 o’clock in the morning just seemed very unsafe in general did not stay. There asked for a refund have not heard back from the manager.
