Satellite TV, DVD, VCR, air-conditioning, 2 wood fireplaces, gas Weber BBQ, and outside fire pit. Perfect cabin for the small family gatherings. Maximum of 10 people. This cabin does NOT allow pets or smoking. This cabin is hypoallergenic. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood on the large open deck or cook those fish on the open fire in the outside fire pit. Bring your own wood for the outside fire pit. Henry's Fork River is just minutes away from the cabin. This cabin sits on 2 acres of heavily treed property. Main floor has a kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms with a wood fireplace in one, bedroom with king bed and wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, laundry facilities, a rear mudroom with refrigerator and library, and a high chair, pack-and-play, and inflatable bed stored in the office closet. The upper floor has a loft with two twin bunk bed sets, and two bedrooms with a queen bed each, and a 3/4 bathroom. Two water heaters ensure plenty of hot water for families on the go. Kitchen amenities: full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven and coffee pot. Other amenities: fiber-optic internet service, streaming TV programming, flat screen TV's, DVD, air-conditioning, washer and dryer. The Cotton Patch is about 22 minutes to the western entrance of Yellowstone National Park. It is south of Henry's Lake about 15 miles, less than 1 mile to the Henry's Fork River in Macks Inn, and about 10 miles from the Island Park Reservoir. Restaurants, gas stations, Island Park golf course, fishing, hunting, ATV and snowmobile trails, river rafting, horseback riding, and water sports are all just minutes away from the cabin. The location was easy to find (we just had to drive a little further along the road then our GPS told us to), and there was enough space between our neighbors that we didn't feel crowded. We loved that the firepit followed the fire restriction requirements so we weren't worried about a violation. We loved the space in the two different living/sitting rooms, and the beds were comfortable. The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that we were surprised that the master bedroom did not have a connected bathroom. In addition to that, of the two doors leading into the master bedroom, only one of them locked. These were minor inconveniences that we could work around, but they did limit the privacy of the master bedroom. We say that it may not be for little kids because the cabin is decorated with love with plenty of knick knacks on low shelves. Luckily, we only had older children. Had we had any under the age of 5, we may have spent a great deal of time keeping them away from the shelves. Overall, our stay at this cabin was relaxing and enjoying, and we would recommend it to others. ##### Stephanie J. It was perfect for a family of 6; we even had a room with a queen bed to spare. Everyone slept comfortably. We did have an issue getting in the house initially, but we were able to contact the property manager right away. We were a bit bummed that the WiFi didn’t work the day we got there. They had it working by the time we got back from Yellowstone the next day. It was strange, but the day we were leaving, there was no WiFi again. However, when we got there, there were some dirty towels which makes one wonder how well and thorough it is being cleaned during covid. Also, if you have little ones, there are tons on knick knacks down low which makes it a little stressful. It would be nice if all nick knacks were up high out of reach.
