The Firehole Lodge sleeps 16 guests in beds. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths with 1/2 bath, and 3 levels it offers plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful granite throughout! Cabin offers satellite, and unlimited wifi, a Fully equipped kitchen and service, and seating for 16\. Downstairs living area features a big screen TV with plenty of seating for everyone, with the sofas and game table. The upstairs loft features a small living area with a TV and sleeping for 6 with 4 twin beds, and a bedroom with a queen. The main level living area offers open space to the kitchen for the group gatherings and conversations. Holes in the yard made it impossible to safely go outside at night, so we couldn’t enjoy the fire pit. Hot tub was fun, plenty of beds (not much privacy for most), only two bathrooms was an issue (one toilet by itself was odd), kitchen well stocked and a nice living room. Golfers enjoyed the course. Location was great - close to the major road that took us to Yellowstone National Park, grocery store close by with a gas station. Overall, enjoyed our stay. ##### Beverly W. We had planned on having our whole family of 12 to meet there but one of our two daughters and her family came down with Covid before we left home so we’re not able go. My husband and I and one daughter’s family stayed at the house. The kitchen was very well equipped . The only thing it lacked were serving dishes. The only downside of the cabin is that the loft area is totally open. The walls in the bedroom upstairs do not go to the ceiling. The cabin was perfect for us: plenty of sleeping arrangements, plenty of space for visiting. We loved the large dining table; everyone fit around it for meals. The kitchen had everything we needed (slow cooker, rice cooker, blender, plenty of everything). We did have a small issue with a water leak, and they responded immediately to fix it. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. This was honestly our home away from home for a week. We hope we can return to it in the future! ##### Jennifer B. Two couples with seven children ages 4-17 between them. We loved having 3 living room spaces so all different ages had a place to be. There were more than enough beds and ample sheets and towels. Location was a great split between the Tetons and Yellowstone. One thing to know about the house: the kitchen is on level 2 so you'll have to carry groceries and such up. So ... Now the issue. The hottub had a broken jet which caused water to spray into the air constantly. We contacted the property manager and she indicated they were aware and a part had been ordered but it wouldn't be here during our stay. Ok, stuff happens, but if they knew about it ahead of time it seems we should have been told in advance as this was one of our search features in looking for a place. She sent a text the night we checked in and told her about the issue which said she would send someone over right away. 48 hours later.... We called her again because the water level had gone down enough (because of the broken jet) that the pump would have burned out of it kept running without adequate water. We asked if there was a hose and she said there was one locked in the basement and she would come over to open the closet. However, she informed us the outdoor spicket was broken and the only way to fill was to hook the hose up under the kitchen sink. She said she didn't know how to do this and couldn't get anyone over until the next day and asked if anyone in our party could do it. We did. She came over and gave us the hose and left and the guys filled the hottub. If we hadn't told her there would be damage to the hottub I believe she would have just said to leave it and not come at all. Then, one of the pool service people came an hour before or checkout when we were packing up, the one she'd told us by name would be over ASAP on the first night. He told us he'd never gotten a phone call at all. When I texted her and told her this, she then said he was out of the area and she had sent someone else over while we were gone one day. He told us he'd been close and could've come anytime (and also no one else came over). Long story short, we felt put off and deceived. Her final answer was simply sorry for the inconvenience. While it was only a small part of an otherwise lovely stay, it was poor customer service; if they couldn't fix the problem they should have offered some sort of compensation but instead just paid lip service to the issue. ##### Guy and Thea G. Séjour de 4 nuits en juin 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Tonya W. 3 juin 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Fabulous cabin near West Yellowstone! This cabin is wonderful. It was only our family of five, but we booked this cabin because originally we were going with a family of 4\. Needless to say, we had TONS of room since it was just us, but even with 4 more we would have had plenty of room. So much fun - the air hockey table, Pac-Man Video machine, great selection of DVDs and games, fire pit, and a hot tub! Lots of dishes and silverware - obviously ready for a big crew! The town of Island Park is very small, but we were there for its relatively short distance to Yellowstone, so it was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend! ##### Tonya W.
