We had 20 people there for 4 nights. It was a great size, and there was room for everyone. The only thing was the couches upstairs in the loft that are shown in the pictures weren't there. That would have been very helpful to have another place to sit comfortably. It only had 2 couches and a love seat downstairs for 20 people to sit.
