Its location, mid-island, facing the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, makes for a unique, luxurious, and romantic setting. Here you’re only a short golf cart or taxi ride from North Beach and the hustle and bustle of downtown Isla Mujeres. Experience unrivaled sunrises, stunning sunsets, and spectacular views of Isla Mujeres from the amazing rooftop terrace. Here you can spend your days soaking up the warm Mexican sun by the pool, with Caribbean breezes and the tranquil sounds of the distant waves below, lulling you into a state of calm and relaxation. Make a cocktail for you and friends at your own bar and enjoy it on one of the sun loungers or comfy seats available. Complete with its own kitchen and grill, you can spend your lunches around the pool with something delicious. The rooftop terrace also comes with its own bathroom facilities. The penthouse is accessible with a key via the main elevator (which can go all the way to the rooftop terrace) or via a staircase. Enter into the luxurious and exclusive master bedroom through the large wooden doors with a traditional Mexican design and be welcomed by the blues of the sea through the great windows. The master bedroom comes with a centrally located king bed, so that you can wake up to the Caribbean in front of you. There is also a jacuzzi right next to the windows for you to sit back, relax and pamper yourself in this special setting. The master bedroom comes complete with an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower, a closet area for your clothes and storage, and a Smart TV with access to satellite. It also has its own private access to the large balcony. The other bedrooms are available through a sliding door from the entrance hall. Two come with views of the park, lagoon, and Cancun’s skyline in the distance. While the other has views of the Caribbean Sea. Each of the bedrooms comes with a cozy king-size bed, roomy closet spaces and flat screen Smart TVs. Throughout the penthouse you can benefit from air conditioning. Through the sliding door there is also a small living area, complete with an entertainment center, books to read on the large sofa, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, and a wine fridge. After a day of exploring the island, combing the Caribbean beaches, searching for seaglass, or indulging in the beautiful Caribbean weather, come back and relax in your huge living area, with its grand sofa looking out towards the wonderful views and your large flat-screen Smart TV with satellite. Take a short taxi or golf cart ride to the vibrant nightlife and delicious restaurants of downtown Isla Mujeres. Each of the 4 bedrooms were their own oasis with lovely views. The kitchen ans living area huge. There were 6 adults and a one year.old. We had some issues with wifi (fixes) and a/c in the primary living space which was not resolved. Property management was very responsive and helped with the two items. Turns out the a/c union motor burned out. Fortunately the weather was quite comfortable so lack of AC was not an issue ##### Esther G. We loved our stay at Isla 33\. It was a very spacious property with lots of outdoor space. Great location mid-island close to both South and North ends. The views were beautiful. Pool area very nice. Floor in the pool area is very slippery going towards the restroom when wet, two of us (adults) slipped and fell, luckily we didn't get hurt too bad. Great space for everyone to have their own space and also enjoy the space together. Having the private pool was enjoyed by all. The only issue was the hot water, some rooms including the main suite did not have a hot shower throughout our visit. Small inconvenience overall. Everyone we interacted with was responsive and helpful. The water issue, we were advised was a building issue and some folks had really hot water.
