This spacious condo in Isla Mujeres with stunning sea views definitely has the wow factor!  
  
The living room and master suite look out over the stunning Caribbean ocean.  
  
2 king-size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a hot tub / jacuzzi in the master bedroom, also with a sea view!  
  
This condo is a luxury privately-owned property that sleeps up to 6 guests.  
  
The rooftop pool offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the island and across to Cancun.  
  
As you enter the large living room, the first thing you notice is the spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea just beyond the large balcony. Thanks to the wall-spanning pocket doors, the view is completely unobstructed from the living & dining room, and from the balcony you’ll enjoy the beautiful sea breeze.  
  
Across the living room is the entrance to the master suite with the same gorgeous views, pocket doors, and a spacious balcony. The master bedroom features a hand-made domed brick ceiling – a traditional architectural detail in the Yucatan region.  
  
The beautiful jacuzzi area shares the ocean view, and the tub is surrounded with hand-cut tikul tile.  
  
To the right of the living room, the dining room adjoins a granite breakfast bar and a large kitchen with granite countertops with stainless steel appliances.  
  
The guest bedroom is just off the dining room - another large room with ample closets, and sliding glass doors to the back balcony. The second bathroom is just outside the bedroom, and features a large walk-in shower and stone sink.  
  
The property is ideally situated in the centre of Isla Mujeres, where you’ll enjoy tranquility, beautiful sea breezes, and unparalleled ocean views, a short distance away from many great restaurants, downtown, and North Beach.  
  
Konita's Kantina restaurant and bar is only steps away. Great food, live music, and excellent cocktails.
