New to the rental market, Villa Valera features 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, lush mature landscaping, and views of the captivating turquoise Caribbean Sea seen from nearly every room in the home.  
  
Be welcomed into the main floor with wonderful natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area and step out onto the wrap-around palapa terrace and immerse yourself in the tranquility of this luxury property. The fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, feature all the necessary tools you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.  
  
The primary bedroom is located on the main level and has sliding glass doors to walk out onto the terrace. The second level features three master suites. Two of the suites have private balconies with gorgeous views of the ocean and Cancun skyline, the third bedroom features unique curved windows with unrivaled views.  
  
The third story hosts a large rooftop terrace with a pergola; this spot is an idyllic evening location for taking in the mystical sunsets and watching the Cancun Skyline light up.  
  
Your outdoor oasis awaits you on the lower level. Just steps from the main terrace, it features a half-moon pool with views of the turquoise ocean and is surrounded by foliage. There is also a full bath on the pool deck as well as another palapa to lounge in.  
  
This home is uniquely located in the south end of Isla Mujeres and surrounded by the beauty of the flora and fauna that the island has to offer. Parking on the property can accommodate up to 6 golf carts. One of the island's most popular beach clubs, Kin Ha, is just steps away. Other island favorite hot spots close by include Garrafon de Castilla, Burracho Burro, Samura, and the Joint.
