### 3 BR Ocean Front Home w/ Pool

This spacious, brand-new, Caribbean cliffside home is conveniently located within walking distance of many local favorite restaurants, including Mango Café, Caribbean Brisas, Mike’s Pizza, and Papa Pepper’s favorite steak restaurant on the island, Rosa Sirena.  
  
Accessible parking is located a few feet away from your front door, where you will enter this beautiful and quiet 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house. This home comes fully loaded with everything you need to relax. The master bedroom features a large picture frame window with remote-controlled blinds so you can enjoy the picturesque sunsets. Every bedroom includes a luxury king-size bed with microfiber sheets and a private bathroom. Your spacious master bathroom includes a walk-in glass shower with a waterfall showerhead and a picturesque view through the window. The master bathroom also includes a separate vanity area for getting ready for a day or night out. Fall asleep peacefully to the sounds of the ocean or relax watching a movie on one of the Smart Tvs located in every bedroom. A private patio is conveniently located just outside the oceanside bedroom doors where dolphins are frequently seen playing near the shore. Every bedroom in this house is truly special in its own unique way, from its décor to its views of the island.  
  
The grocery store Chedraui is located less than half a mile away and has everything you need to utilize your large, full-sized kitchen, perfect for cooking enthusiasts! The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining friends and family. If you prefer ordering food over cooking, a special delivery from any of the fantastic Isla restaurants is just a click away at Isla Delivery. Other indoor amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer and a half bathroom downstairs.  
  
Outside awaits with our beautiful infinity pool. Unwind to the view and fragrance of the salty ocean breeze on the spacious patio while sitting at the large table equipped with oversized swivel rocking chairs or your comfortable hanging sky chair with footrest. The sounds of the calming ocean at night crashing into the cliffside right in your backyard await you. Sea turtles are often seen a few meters away, and if you are lucky, you can spot baby sea turtles hatching! Gaze at the beautiful starlit sky with your telescope. The colorful sunrises, sunsets, and glistening moonlight reflecting off of the Caribbean ocean are truly a spectacle on your private open patio.
