This modernly designed, third-floor, two-bedroom condo is the perfect choice for your vacation to Isla Mujeres. With La Poza's ideal and peaceful location, in the heart of downtown, convenience is on your doorstep! Enjoy your airy and modern air-conditioned, spacious living area with a comfortable sofa. Alejandro was easy to connect with via WhatsApp, friendly and responsive when we had questions. He met us at check in to show us around and give us the key. There was plenty of bottled water and a nicely stocked kitchen (plates, glasses, silverware, can opener, pans, etc). There were plenty of bath towels, plus four beach towels. The balcony was great for drying our wet towels/swimsuits. The rooftop pool was fabulous! We had it all to ourselves most of the time and used it daily. The location is very convenient. Easy walk to Playa Norte, Playa Media Luna (great place to look for shells and sea glass) and the start of the malecon (walkway along the Caribbean side). The Mercado is right next door, there is a great little coffee shop downstairs. The best taco cart (Tacos Salsa, try it!) is right down the street. The only con is the main bedroom faces a busy street with a bar across the way that plays loud music at night. They did provide ear plugs in case they were needed to sleep, but I was able to sleep with the white noise app going on my phone. Noise wasn’t an issue in the other bedroom. ##### Karen E. Lots of storage and shelving for clothing and toiletries, which I like to take out of my suitcase to stay organized. Spacious living area and kitchen. The kids had their own bathroom. Everything was spotless when we arrived. AC is very cold. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living area. Clean drinking water is provided. The location is excellent! Near everything. Los Burritos is steps away - highly recommend for authentic local food. The market is also right across the street where you can purchase fresh fruit and juices. Playa Norte - you are just a few blocks away. The most beautiful water for swimming and relaxing. Just be aware of one thing, which didn't bother me at all. But my cousins who were staying at Ixchel Beach Hotel came over and commented negatively about the view from the 4th floor balcony. The building across the street is amassing on its roof various equipment pieces which makes it look a little bit like a junkyard. This is obviously out of the control of LaPoza, but it's helpful to know in order to temper expectations of the view. I would stay at LaPoza again in a heartbeat. ##### Krista H.
