THE NAUTIBEACH PENTHOUSE has the most beautiful views on Isla Mujeres if not anywhere in the Caribbean. And is merely steps away from one of Mexico's most famous beaches 'Playa Norte' with its unique white marl sand and spectacularly clear caribbean waters.

It's easy to get here. Most world airlines offer service to Cancun which is only a short distance from Isla Mujeres via a high speed luxury catamaran which has scheduled service every half hour.
This luxury condo is on the Northwest tip of the island which makes for unforgettable sunsets while dining at the onsite 'Sunset Grill'. It is such a romantic setting that couples come from all over the globe to have their wedding vows celebrated here. And while the azure blue ocean beckons for snorkeling or casual swimming, the Nautibeach pool with swim up bar is the choice for many.
Our guests might be seeking a 'muy tranquilo' vacation for romantic couples. Or a safe family friendly environment. Or they enjoy shopping in quaint mexican markets. Or simply mindlessly wandering thru the cheerfully multicolored town in their flipflops. For all of these, Isla mujeres is where your vacation dreams come true.
The condo with its 'Mexican Beach Decor' interior has two bedrooms. One with two single beds and with the other having a king sized bed adjacent the patio via sliding glass doors
The town of Isla Mujeres is a short two minute walk down a sand street. Strolling through an unforgettable contrast in architecture and the use of color, you will find over twenty cafe style restaurants of every culinary persuasion.
There are several local grocery stores another few steps down the street for those who wish to cook for themselves. As well as golf cart rentals, moped rentals, bicycle rentals, surfboard rentals and much much more. You can get your scuba diving certification while you are here or take the bus to the mayan ruins in the interior of the Yucatan.
Or just simply relax on the patio of your condo enoying the remarkable stroke of luck that brought you to this wonderful place.
The 'Nautibeach Penthouse' is individually owned and operated. And is not part of any owners rental pool.
As always with my vacation properties at the Nautibeach Resort, you will always get the rental property you are seeing in the photos.

Short of a suite at the Singapore Ritz Carlton this has been the best VRBO ever! Well designed interior complimented with perfect colors and curated artwork. It was a wonderful place to return to each day...in fact we would some days just stay home and relax on the wraparound patio - surrounded by the coconut palms people watching the activity below. This is a very popular home so book very early!

The penthouse apartment was great. Patio was large and super useful for all of our beach gear.It was located in the heart if North Beach.Not a complaint, but because it was central, the weekend night life was right there. So, those nights were pretty lively.

Nauti beach was a great family trip. 12 people is hard to accommodate but we managed to book early and snag some beautiful properties. 32,10,7\. Our trip was easy and the staff is great, very polite, very very helpful and considerate. Some of the finest people you’ll meet. The beach was amazing, water was crystal clear and the sand was like sugar powder under our feet. Special thanks to Javier the gate security, always helpful and accommodating. We absolutely loved Keith’s property! The unit itself was clean and as advertised. Within walking distance to so many restaurants and beach clubs. Located just steps from playa Norte it was an unbeatable location. The staff here was also great. The daily guard and the guard shack became one of our favorite staff members. When we come back we will definitely book this rental again!

The home was very comfortable for 2 couples. Nicely stocked kitchen, but we only made coffee. Very large corner patio with great views and comfortable furniture. Living room and kitchen furniture were also comfy. We had coffee on balcony each morning and played games around the coffee table at night. Patio/balcony were great on the days we had some rain. Nautibeach itself is awesome, this is our 5th stay, first with Keith. Would recommend for anyone- couple or group,

Stayed with my family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids 8-15), and everyone had a great time. Bathrooms were recently remodeled. Place was clean, photos were accurate. We had a very easy time with check-in and out. The property manager gave us his number and was quick to respond when we had a question. The staff at Nautibeach were very nice. Housekeeping came every other day. The private balcony was very nice! We loved eating lunch or breakfast outside. Food at Mayan Beach Club was good. The location of this place was amazing! We can't wait to rebook.

#### excellent Penthouse
Great location on the beach with a lot of amenities! This penthouse unit is part of a condominium complex that has a pool, a pool bar, a fantastic restaurant and a beach with lounge chair service. At night the restaurant hangs lights over the sand and bring out tables with white table cloths. It's so romantic and refreshing. It's everything you'd want for a beach vacation in Mexico. The Penthouse is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator/lift to help carry your 50 pounds bags upstairs, but I'm sure if you tipped someone you could find help pretty easily. This penthouse has a ceiling fan & air-conditioner in each bedroom & the living room, they all worked really well thank goodness! We were there in June and it was really hot. What a nice relief to walk into cool air-conditioning. Also adjacent to the restaurant is a massage palapa hut with excellent massages, $42 for 70 minutes. Both bathrooms seemed recently renovated & look very modern & clean. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a small sink, dishes, pans, a 2 burner stove-top and a full size purified water bottle which sets on the counter (free). It is advised not to drink the tap water so the owner supplies the water, nice touch! It also has a wrap around outside patio with beautiful ocean views, a table with 4 chairs, lounge chairs, couch... plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors from your unit. Overall, we had a great stay. If we ever come back we will be sure to book this unit again!

It was a nice hotel, the balcony was the best part of the whole experience. The kitchen was smaller than expected. The living room was smaller than expected. The rooms looked different than pictured when we booked. The office to get anything to our room was not associated with Nauti Beach so it was difficult to get anything we ran out of. The 2nd bedroom and guest bathroom were extremely small. They do not provide shampoo. Overall it was just ok. Totally would not sleep 6 in our opinion. The housekeeping was great. The view was beautiful. You are located by a coded gate, which you aren’t provided so the parking lot guy has to let you in if you don’t want to walk all the way around the hotel.

The condo was great. Very spacious and a beyond wonderful deck. It was a very beautiful condo and a nice location. The pool and dedicated beach chairs were amazing. It was fabulous to have the Mayan Beach restaurant on site. The food was plentiful and delish. The condo was visited by the maids every two days. The condo was very clean. Overall highly recommended.

#### Nice North Beach Condo
Good location on North Beach. The back alley leading to the Nautibeach complex is sketchy, but once on property, everything is fine. The condo is nice with a great porch. The beach and pool area is great as well. Staff/service at Nautibeach is just ok. Check in was fine, but when asking to get the porch cleaned up and looking for shampoo, they were not very helpful. One thing to note is that there are three flights of stairs to reach the condo. This wasn't a problem for us, but if you are not great with climbing, it may be an issue. All in all, we were happy with the condo for the price.

#### Beautiful PH, Perfect location
This property is in the perfect location on a beautiful beach. We were a family of 4 and there was more than enough space for us all. Beautiful outdoor space and views. Can’t say enough good things about this place! We hope to be able to stay here again!

#### Perfect Beach Get Away
Perfect location, active during the day and very quiet at night. In the heart of North Beach. Literally 100 plus shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and food carts within walking distance. Condo is a penthouse- so there are stairs!! The kitchenette is fine for breakfast, light snacks and making drinks. The property was extremely clean and seemed new- We would come back here in a heartbeat and probably will.... One of the most laidback trips and the most beautiful pristine beaches- white sand and light blue water,,,,,,

The property was very nice, and the pool and beach were also wonderful. We had one of the penthouses. The master bedroom and bathroom were very hot compared to the rest of the place. The master bath really needs a fan or a dehumidifier to circulate all the wet air. It is in need of an update. The ocean view was very limited. We had to call the owner for more towels. The maids never checked on us without a call to the owner.

#### TO MANY GOLF CARTS, MOTORCYCLES AND PEOPLE
IT WAS LIKE ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY THEY DIDNT WANT TO ASSIST YOU. IT WAS A LADY WHO OWNED A TRAVEL CENTER, CART RENTAL. COULDNT GET ANY KIND OF RAPID SERVICE. ASKED ABOUT BOTTLED WATER FOR 2 DAYS BEFORE GETTING IT. FREEZER WORKED GOOD REFIGRATOR NOT NSO MUCH. SPLIT UNIT AIR IN MASTER BEDROOM WAS ALMOST NON EXISINTANCE. LOOKS LIKE ON THE DAY WE WERE LEAVING PEOPLE ON THE ROOF LOOKING AT THE UNIT.. WILL NEVER TRY ISLA AGAIN.
