Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 190 m² house for rent in Isigny-sur-Mer, which can accommodate up to 11 travelers. It features a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 500 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
First floor:  
\- A 30 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied), sofas, armchairs and a dining area.  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with bath  
\- Shower room with WC  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- On the landing closed by curtains, a double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 4: with two single beds  
\- Bedroom 5: with single bed  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, booster seat, washing machine, two baby umbrella beds, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A beautiful 500 m² private, unfenced garden, with furniture to enjoy fine weather and children's games.  
  
The house is ideally located in Isigny-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transportation:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 6 vehicles).  
  
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Carentan, approx. 13 km away  
\- Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 66 km  
  
Other remarks :  
\- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.

\- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not supplied (€40 supplement to be paid on site).  
\- Pets accepted, for a supplement of 10€/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
