"Nice hotel, perfect location. It was spoilt by on arrival being told we had no room, they were full, and then that our booking had been cancelled. This obviously upset the family and panicked them. After nearly 1hr trying to sort this, another member of staff arrived and showed us to our room??!!! Otherwise hotel was great, rooms were clean and reasonable size.
