The home is spotless, kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with AC, and the sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. « We loved Villa Nicky it was everything we wanted. The townhome had everything we needed, from towels to paper products. The location was close to town and beautiful. Marco and Magda were wonderful hosts actually one of the best we have encountered using VRBO. They left us complimentary coffee, wine and water which made us so happy after our red eye flight. Marco would text us suggestions of what to do which we truly appreciated. They even brought us a blender due to a craving for Pina Coladas....

« The house was great for 3 couples. Plenty of space and a beautiful pool. The grill needed to be replaced and there was a broken door handle, but otherwise it was perfect for our group. We enjoyed seeing all the iguanas. The beach was easily accessed. »

« Our group of eight, ages 7–78, had a wonderful weeklong stay. The house is spacious, with great views and multiple balconies. The kitchen appliances were all new and worked well. « This was a breathtaking view of the countryside. Mornings were very relaxing as we drank our coffee and meditated. The host has very accommodating to our needs and pleasant to work with. The house was very comfortable, clean, modern and a joy to return to after a day of exploring. Location was convenient and easy to get to. « What a spectacular property! It definitely exceeded our wildest expectations! The pool and hot tub are ridiculously big…and the swim up bar is what you would expect in an all inclusive resort! The views are amazing. We even saw dolphins swimming by :D The kitchen is a chef’s dream…fully stocked with everything you could need…and cleanup is definitely not an issue with that view! The house is extremely spacious and well decorated. The Spanish style villa was the perfect vacation vibe..truly felt...

« The home was beautifully decorated and felt safe. There was plenty of space for our group of 15. We only spent 1 night as we passed through but there was many great food options for our night and morning. Nelson was easy to reach upon our arrival to get the key code and give us directions to enter the property. We really enjoyed the outside space and pool. »

« Good location (we felt safe), excellent communication with manager, the place was comfortable, spacious, we enjoyed it (family group of 8). The terrace was a big plus. It had TV on the living room and on each of the three rooms. The a/c units worked well. We will recommend it. Still, it really needed more towels, silverware, and kitchen utensils, they were extremely worn down. Also, the living room TV remote didn’t work, we couldn’t use it. The place needs a little of TLC. »

OK for a short stay
"The unit was clean, modern, a wonderful view of the ocean located near a grocery store and restaurants and very calm condo complex and secure. On the other hand, if you plan to stay for a week or more, there is no real dedicated space to put your things so you can't unpack your luggage or put your grocery if you make one.The outside table that you see on the pictures is no longer there just the 4 chairs so you have to eat sitting on 2 stools and eat on a small piece of furniture next to the refrigerator. If there is 4 persons in the unit I'mnot sure were the other 2 are supposed to eat. So we had to leave our luggage open on the second bed and grab our clothes from there.So plan a 3 days stay for 2 persons and eat out for the most part and you wiil be OK"
