Getting Around: There is no public transportation in the area, so a rental car is highly recommended for convenience during your stay. Driving in Isabela is safe and easy, and all places of interest—beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions—are clearly marked on GPS.
Guests can also rent bicycles or electric scooters at the nearby Villa Pesquera kiosks to ride along the beautiful coastal bike path, which stretches from Isabela Beach Court all the way to Jobos Beach.
All major destinations such as Aguadilla Airport (BQN), Jobos Beach, Gozalandia Waterfalls, and Crash Boat Beach are within a short and scenic drive.

Please note that those are only partial — the complete set of rules applicable to your rental is included in this message.
Community Rules and Fines
Isabela Beach Court is a residential community, not a hotel. People live here and take pride in maintaining a peaceful environment. Please be respectful at all times — unruly or rude behavior toward staff, security, or residents will not be tolerated.
Fines: Violations of community rules may result in warnings or fines of up to $200 per violation. We reserve the right to collect the fine from your security deposit or file a claim through the booking platform when applicable.
Beach Life
Living by the beach is a beautiful experience, but it comes with unique conditions. The northwest coast of Puerto Rico experiences constant ocean breezes (10–20 mph) containing salt and fine sand. As a result, you may notice sticky surfaces, slippery floors, or traces of salt, rust, or moisture on some metal fixtures or appliances.
Our team cleans and inspects the apartment before every arrival; however, due to the ocean breeze, it’s not possible to maintain surfaces spotless at all times. Conditions may vary slightly depending on the apartment’s location within the complex.
After afternoon rain showers, especially at dusk, flying insects may be attracted to light. To minimize this, please keep doors and windows closed and lights off when not in use. Some insects may still enter despite precautions, as this is part of the natural beach environment.
Local Beaches
Puerto Rico offers a wide variety of beaches. The north and east coasts tend to have waves, while the south and west are usually calmer. The beach directly in front of the complex is beautiful for walking and relaxing, though not always suitable for swimming.
When conditions allow, you may find calm natural ponds close to shore. The nearest sandy swimming area is about ¼ mile east, easily reachable by foot. Within a 5-minute drive, you can also find Montones and Teodoro Beaches, both with calm waters, and Crash Boat Beach (25 minutes away) for a must-see experience.
Always be cautious in the ocean—check wave conditions and avoid entering the water when swells are strong.
Bugs and Wildlife
Puerto Rico is a tropical island with abundant biodiversity. Apartments are sprayed monthly, but occasional bug encounters are inevitable, especially at night or during weather changes.
The island has no dangerous species, but you may see iguanas, small rodents, or stray cats and dogs. Please do not touch or feed them—they are not domestic animals.
Storms and Hurricane Season
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected weather events. Refunds are not offered for rain or minor storms, but exceptions may apply for major events causing utility outages longer than 24 hours.
Utilities
Water and electricity in Puerto Rico are generally stable, though short interruptions can occur. If an outage lasts longer than 24 hours, a 25% nightly rate discount will apply for each affected night, prorated by the hours of interruption. Please note that internet-related issues are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Swimming Pools
Your rental includes access to the community pools, but access is not guaranteed as the pools may close occasionally for maintenance or cleaning. Please be kind and respectful to the condominium staff if the pool is temporarily unavailable. To ensure a pleasant experience, read the pool rules posted in the gazebo area—security and administration actively enforce these rules. No discounts are provided if the pool is closed during your stay.
Property and Inventory
Each apartment we manage belongs to a different owner and is equipped individually. Items such as towels, kitchenware, and decorations must remain in the assigned apartment. We cannot recover items left in other units managed by different hosts.
Please take care of the property. The apartment is inspected before and after every stay. Permanent stains (e.g., makeup, wine) or damaged items are not considered normal wear and tear and will be charged at replacement cost.

We miss the place already!
This was my first time booking a Vacation Rental by Owner and I was scared to pick a place I’d regret. This place was worth every penny. It was clean, it was SAFE, the location was great! We never lost power or water. We had a washer and dryer. We had a cute little outdoor patio. We had access to the gym and pool. We had our own parking spot. We were on the first floor. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and would love to return some day. I was so grateful for the security guards. No one can come in if they aren’t residents or guests without a pass. It’s close to supermarkets and Wal-Mart, Jobos Beach, and so much more. The host was helpful and answered all of my questions before we arrived. We never had to contact him while we were there.

the host was very nice, but when we first got there we didn't have the wifi or password for a few days.I wasn't sure if we could get into unit bacause I couldn't access email. thank God I rememered the code was my phone number , or we wouldn't have gotten in that first night., that was very frustrating. The unit was nice enough and spacious, but could have been cleaner. Both the bathroom shower and sink wouldnt drain, and I had to dig out hair, plastic and other debris.and use a plunger on it. it was quite gross. They may want to rethink new cleaners. There were no outside lights on patio. The fan/light remote system was horrible . 6 remotes none labeled we couldn't get things on or off.the ice maker didn't work concistantly. Small things, but frustrating. you could only bring plastic covered drink containers to pool, but there was only one there.It would have been nice to have a list of things like wifi and password, places to shop, and good places to eat.But for the most part we were not there all day and we enjoyed visiting our family thats stationed there.

Perfect location
This was the perfect location to enjoy the many beautiful beaches in the area. The home is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood.
Amenities were lacking, but nothing major. If using the stove top, don't plan to cook a meal unless you have a couple of hours to spare. The heating element just don't heat up well. Besides the leaky shower, everything else was great.
If location is your top priority, I would definitely recommend.

Not impressed, Not happy.
This property on first site was good. It was not clean. It has an odor of old and dampness which could have beem improved with cleaning. We had to live out of our suitcases. One set of sheets for beds and no dusting no vacuuming of furniture, floors dirty. Master bathroom shower dirty. I was not happy and will never rent someone elses property for no reason again. I will pay the price for hotel and travel. We did not save anything. Not impressed for first time. More care should be shown for the money.

Overall, had a great stay. Spacious apartment, everything was clean. Rules and amenities were very clear. Due to Covid restrictions on the island, many places around were closed to tourism. But that is not the property owners fault. Our group was mixed ages, from Teens to Seniors. Family was happy with the experience.

The property is huge but they need to change whoever is cleaning. The dishes were dirty. The back of the bed in master bedroom was filthy. The chairs for the dining table are so old that you feel like seating on a piece of wood.

Great Beach Spot
We really enjoyed this apartment and the location, steps away from Isabela beach! Also, a super close drive to Jobos which had additional bars/restaurants. The apartment itself was perfect for a group of 5, lots of space to work and enjoy the beach. The third bedroom with the bunk bed could use replacing but was fine for our group. We enjoyed the location and the amenities such as the gym, tennis court, and pool. Only other issue was a planned power outage the Thursday we were there. Overall would recommend.
