The owner has great communication and always responds quickly. The house itself is perfect for a stay in Irvington and being in a prime location. You can walk to the Tides Inn, to the little downtown area..it's a great spot. We spent quite a bit of time in the house as well just because it was so pleasant. Read on the porch with a glass of wine, set up lawn games in the backyard, cooked and played games at night inside. The house was stocked well and the decor made you feel right at home. The house was exactly as pictured, very well-stocked, comfortable and perfectly located for our purposes. We were trying not to bring any germs to my mom so we especially appreciated the pretty outdoor spaces including the front porch, the back deck, the outdoor dining table and the chairs further down the yard. Irvington was a lovely little town and the three bikes with the house were enjoyed to explore and go to breakfast. We ate at the casual restaurant on the water at the Tides Inn one night at sunset and it was gorgeous. We also had good meals at the Local and the Office Bistro.
