I called the number on the door and spoke with the property manager of their sister site in town. They were unprofessional and unable to tell me if I had a reservation at either location. They told me they would call back when they were able to figure out if we had a reservation, and I never received a call back. When we arrived, everything was dark and closed up. Handwritten note on the door, that the place was closed and to go to another town, to another motel. I called and spoke to someone about refunding my room. I purchased the room rental on hotels.com. I spoke to another person and they asked for my CASHAPP info to refund me. This place is a scam and a joke. I have yet to get a refund and its been almost 3weeks. No one has reached out since. Terrible place.
