« This place could not have been any nicer, frankly the pictures don’t do it justice. Hosts are super easy to work with and the checkin process couldn’t be easier. The accommodations are first class and the cabin literally has everything except for what they tell you to bring. Stayed here with my wife, our two girls, my wife’s parents, and her sister from CA. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, it was wonderful. »

« This was an excellent, extremely clean TOP NOTCH property! The hospitality was over the top and very welcoming and responsive to texts. We would recommend this to anyone and we definitely want to come back as it worked perfectly for our family. Oh, and the entertainment room was such an added bonus and a lot of fun!! »

« The Hillman House was amazing place for our multigenerational family reunion. Lots of space to connect, and room for everyone to eat together at the extended size kitchen table. Large number of private bedrooms to accommodate all is very unusual to find and beds were very comfortable with quality linens. Had lots of fun in the indoor gym playing pickleball and other games. « Everything was just as described. And more than enough to keep you entertained, games, ping pong, darts. Kitchen was amazing and well equipped, (so much so we came home an ordered the same toaster, so cool). Beds were very comfortable. It was very relaxing just enjoying the lake and wildlife from the deck. Mike was very responsive for our inquiries. Lake toys were used by everyone in the family. Nice restaurant and grocery store in the town of Garrison also. »

« I only stayed one night because of an event in Brainerd. I found it odd that I was asked to deal with my own garbage, but if thats what it takes to stay here again for the same event next year, that is no problem. Communication overload but I understand now since there's no one there checking guests in. Love the security coded door... took me a minute to figure out, but that's human error. Quiet, comfortable, clean. Would recommend to anyone! »
