"The property is pretty comfortable. There was a spot in the floor though that was quite annoying because it was a trip hazard. The only other issue was that they advertised a washer/dryer however it was not even set up for use. No electricity or water run to it."

"Room was clean, bedding was clean, there were no signs of pests which is extremely important for us, the staff was polite, and helpful. The only complaint we have is we were put in a room next to the rear entry which when other guests were arriving and leaving the entry door was slamming all hours of the evening/ night. Next time we stay at the hotel in St. Claire, MO we will ask for a room away from the rear entry door. Simple fix. It was a nice room for the price. All bath towels and wash cloths were clean and available..bed smelled clean. The complimentary coffee was descent. Everything was there as was needed to be comfortable in a hotel."

"We had a very nice one night stay. Room is somewhat small but very clean and comfortable. Self check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. Close to nice restaurants on Front Street, and easy drive to nearby wineries. Wish we had a chance to check out property’s restaurant as menu looked good, but hopefully next time."

"The hotel was very clean. It always smelled good. The staff were so helpful and kind anytime we needed anything. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. Laundry facility is easy to use. The breakfast is amazing. Food was always hot and ready in the morning! Wonderful stay!"
