« The unit's bedrooms have no windows at all. So you can't tell day and night and the a/c needs to be on 24/7 because there is no fresh air coming in. The internet does not work so you can't work in the unit at all. No one is coming to fix it for you. We complained every day and in the end they only give us $50 off for the whole stay. The location is convenient and safe. The unit is clean. »

« Very limited internet, unable to watch any tv. This is not a hotel suite. It is literally a renovated storage unit. All coffee and creamers were expired in 2023 and 2024. »

« This historic location was an amazing home base for our girl’s trip to NE Iowa. It’s clean and such a unique place to stay. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for the four of us. Our favorite part was people watching from the sun room area, although margaritas on the back patio were a close second. :) »

« Convenience was excellent. Hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. I know it's difficult with a shared kitchen area to keep things clean. But it was definitely not in the best condition. Since we did not require the use of the kitchen, it didn't really affect us. Some of the rooms did smell a little musty. Also, with an older historic, building I know this is a difficult task to keep things fresh. Enjoyed my stay overall. »
