Sep 12, 2024 Liked: Communication, location #### Ideal location for beach and water activities The location was ideal with proximity to the beach area and Windermere Lake. The condo was a 10-minute walk from downtown. The condo was spacious, very well-equipped, and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub in the common area were a nice feature but it was busy for mid-week in September. We were disappointed that we could not access the garage due to the remote door opener not working, as we had kayaks and bikes on our vehicle and would have preferred if they were secured overnight in the underground parking that was stipulated in the description. Also, the wet dog smell and hair in the unit were concerning. If you have issues with dogs and dander, this may not be the place for you. I only gave 3 stars for the cleanliness of the unit because the toilet in one of the bathrooms was dirty and the kitchen cupboards and appliances had quite a bit of grease on them and need to be wiped clean. For a $90 cleaning fee, I would expect it to be cleaner. ##### Sue S.
