« This home was exactly as advertised. The home is very clean, a great layout, updated, and well stocked. This home is by far the most well stocked home I have ever rented. The pool was a hit with the grandkids. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Quiet neighborhood. The kids saw deer walking through the wooded area in the back yard. It was a perfect place to stay and I would rent it again. »

« The location of this house is stunning. It's on a peninsula that sticks out in to Clear Lake, and then it itself is on its own little rocky promontory that sticks out from the peninsula. The house is about 50 feet up from the lake. The upshot of this is that you get an amazing view of the lake from sunrise to sunset, and due to it sticking out to the lake a bit, a lot of the local birds use the updraft it creates. « Ping pong paddles were broken. Pool had leaves and the skimmer was broken couch in game room in rough shape. Wood floor with doors to deck had deep scratches. No kitchen shears in kitchen. Dead Omar’s on bathroom ceiling. Quiet neighborhood convenient location. Kitchen clean and nicely renovated. Prompt response to request one hour earlier check in. »

« We had the opportunity to stay at this amazing house with my family and friends for our 4th annual fishing trip. The house had everything we needed to accommodate 5 adults and 3 kids. The location probably cannot get any better than that. It’s located right next to the opening of main lake access. Fish is jumping everywhere. We brought 4 bass boats and the house had parking for our truck and trailers as well as a big boat dock to fit all the boats too. Highly recommended and we hope to stay...

« Very nice property. From the instructions, it seems as if the renters had bad experiences in the past, which is really sad. The rental was very clean, location spectacular, truly million dollar views. We had a wonderful time. We hope that future renters can respect their property as their own so that the warnings don't have to seem so restrictive and negative. This is a lovely place and should be treated as such. »
