The holiday rental complex features a shared property of 12,000 square meters with a lawn, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, and a natural pond. Outdoor activities include table tennis, boccia (extra), and a children's playground. Walking paths can be accessed directly from the property, located just 100 meters away.

Unit Layout  
The apartment has a total of 3 rooms and a floor area of 46 square meters, situated on the 1st floor. Some areas have sloping ceilings. The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and a CD player, providing entertainment options. This room also has an exit leading to a small 5 square meter balcony with a south-facing position and balcony furniture, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. The sleeping accommodations include one room with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), and a children's room featuring one bed (80 cm, length 200 cm) and an additional sleeping facility (90 cm, length 200 cm). The sleeping facility in the children's room is a pull-out bed (tandem bed).

The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. The kitchenette is outfitted with essential appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, making meal preparations convenient.
