Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Alpeiner. Das Skigebiet war sehr nah und es gab einen privaten Shuttlebus. Das Abendessen war super und auch das Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen. Auch klasse war die Bar und die Aussenterrasse.

Nydelig beliggenhet, nydelig hage og deilig med friske blomster inne. Alt av personal er så profesjonelle og ting er ikkeno problem. Deilig mat, spesielt tunfisk med sitronskive.Fin temperatur i basseng til både trening og bading.Julia på trimmen er super, prøvde ikke massasje. Hadde bestillt halvpensjon men det var også tilgjengelig snack buffet, hvilket var mere nok til lunch. Helt supert å trekke fra 5E pr dag for å slippe rengjøring og spare miljø💚

Sehr gutes Nature Resort in Neustift im Stubaital

Das Alpeiner Hotel ist ein gut gelegenes, modernes, komfortables 4 Sterne Hotel mit den entsprechenden Annehmlichkeiten. Die Suite welche wir für ein Paar Tage bewohnen durften war sehr geräumig, guter mix zwischen moderne und klassischer Einrichtung, 3 Balkone, sehr grosses Badezimmer mit Wanne und separater Dusche, gutes WLAN, einfach toll. Nun zum Essen und Service, das Frühstücksbuffet im Alpeiner war wie erwartet und hatte eine grosse Auswahl von Müsli, Fleisch, Käse, Brot etc und es wurden auch gleich Omletten, Rühreier etc Frisch vor den Augen des Gastes vorbereitet. Am Nachmittag gibt es ein kleines aber gutes Jausse buffet. Das Abendessen bietet ein Salat, Käsebuffet, Suppenbuffet und es wird Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Dessert serviert. Die Speisen waren allesamt auf gutem Level (gut bis sehr gut). Die Service crew war grundsätzlich gut, sehr freundlich und hilfreich (wie erwartet). Für uns ist das Alpeiner ein gutes 4 Sterne Hotel welches wir gerne wieder einmal besuchen und auch weiterempfehlen können. Danke liebes Alpeiner Team!

Great hotel, should be 5 star!

One of the best hotels in Neustift, far better than the 5 star hotel nearby. Great facilities and amazing views from the Spa and our room. Hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough throughout our stay. The food each evening ( we were half board) was very good, great choice for breakfast and our evening meal. Our Junior Suite was very modern, clean, great quality bed linen and bed and a great shower. Overall a very impressive 4 star hotel which could be a 5 star very easily.

The staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. We were the only English people staying and they made us feel very welcome. The location was fantastic and the facilities great. Large room and comfortable beds. Made good use of the free Stubaital card and went up all the mountains in the valley. Also used it to go into Innsbruck twice [free transport on buses].

ホテル自身のせいでは全くないのですが、6月中旬に訪れたところ、ハエが大量に飛んでいたのが困りました｡レストランで食事中も部屋の中にもどんどん入って来て、始終払い除けながら悪戦苦闘でした｡殺虫剤も何ナノで、ハエ取り紙でも準備してあったらなぁと、その点だけ残念でした｡

Perfect Holiday

We were in the hotel for three days, but we loved it very much, the hotel was clean, well equipped, with very pleasant staff, always smiling. Excellent food, and a beautiful wellness with swimming pool. parking in front of the hotel, and working wifi. We'd like to come back here again.
