Newly renovated spacious and Charming 4+1 Bedrooms home located in Lake Simicoe Town of Innisfil. There are 5 brand new beds and two sofa beds in the house for you to enjoy. The neighborhoods are quiet and the backyard are fully fenced with a lot of trees. The place closes to Innisfil Beach Park, Friday Harbor Resort on Lake Simcoe. Easy access to Public Beach, Fishing Dock & Boat Launch. Many winter & summer activities such as picnics, swimming, Ice Fishing, etc. Closing to Tim Hortons, Grocery, & Restaurants.
For guests to Work From Home or Playing Video games, two large LED monitors are provided with HDMI cables attached to the monitors. There are large desks in each bedroom for setting up nice workstations.
The home is in a family friendly neighborhood in the lakeshore town of Innisfil. It is an ideal place for a family reunion, multiple family gathering and a single-family getaway from cities. The home could accommodate a maximum of 14 people:
One king bed; three queen beds; one full bed; two sofa beds.

Fantastic Stay
We went with friends and family travelling from outside the country and wanted them to experience the fall colours. We were 3 couples travelling with 3 kids and the house was more than sufficient for all our needs. There is a full fledged home in the basement which we didn’t even or barely used. The four bedrooms on top floor were perfect for all of us with 2 full bathrooms and a powder room on the ground floor. Kitchen was stocked with enough cutlery crockery and utensils plus coffee / tea pot and a toaster. The home was clean functional and aesthetically well done. Thanks so much for letting us stay at this humble abode. The hosts deserve a shoutout for keeping us well informed in advance of the house details as well as the neighbourhood. We definitely will come back in the future.

Wedding Vacation
This was our first trip to Ontario. My wife and I and 2 other friends stayed at the place. Great place to stay with bigger groups. So much space. Having the BBQ and sitting are in the back was also a nice touch to sit and relax.
The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood and close to the lake.
The host was so nice to communicate with. Super fast to respond and also checked in on us mid trip to ensure everything at the house was good and to see if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. We would highly recommend this place for future guests and we would most definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.
