This exquisite townhome features a spacious great room with a stone wood-burning fireplace, 3 bedrooms, plus a 3rd-floor bonus room, and 3 full en-suite spa bathrooms, including 2 with elegant claw-foot soaking tubs. The custom gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, with quartz countertops, a large island, stainless steel appliances and a hospitality bar.  
Indulge in the sophisticated charm of custom cedar accents, hardwood floors throughout, central air, a washer & dryer, TREX decks and 7 flat-screen TVs. The first-floor guest bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, while the second-floor hosts 2 luxurious primary suites, each with king-size beds.
