Moderate Experience: My wedding night was spent at this hotel, even though two functions for my marriage were held here, no special offers or services were provided in the hotel room. The service staff was disappointingly slow, and the overall food quality was average.

We hosted marriage functions at the Radisson and booked two rooms on different days. The food was average, and the stay was decent. However, despite spending a considerable amount on our event and accommodations, we were disappointed that the staff did not offer any upgrades or benefits, including those from our Expedia membership. Additionally, we found the staff to be inconsiderate. Overall, our experience at this hotel was not satisfactory, and we will likely seek out a better option next time.

Perfectly good hotel for a short stay
Staff was very helpful throughout the stay, especially the concierge. Breakfast buffet was lovely as was the dinner buffet. The only challenge we had was the AC wasn’t properly working in our room. Other than that, it was a good hotel for the price and location.

Good hotel
Stayed there for 4 days for business and was satisfied with the hotel. Everything is clean and well maintained. Food quality for breakfast and dinner is great. Very well equipped gym and nice roof top outdoor pool. Good value for the price.

Precovid team of radisson was super good but post covid team is no where near to previous team, hardly care about customer and service has gone down at lowest level

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in India. It has a lovely gym on the top floor, and even though it was currently closed, the pool looked amazing. We also had room service dining and the food was excellent. All the staff were great and very helpful, and the free breakfast was the best I’ve ever had.

Very disappointed!
Room service was very poor and only got requested service after a reminder. One of the item, tea bags, were never sent because I didn't call to remind them!!!The mattress was very very old and we could see the two body spots on the mattress. Because it was too soft and didn't provide any support to my body, I requested a hard mattress. They did replace the very old mattress by a 'hard' mattress which was torn at several places. Apparently it was even older than the previous one. (Picture attache) I stayed at another Radisson Blu just a week ago which was a very pleasant experience. Based on that I had booked this hotel in an another city but the difference was like a day and night! Completely disappointed!!
