It has a small community pool directly across the road from the front door which is a bonus. The pool/hot tub area is the star of the house. It is private and amazing. My kids spent 7-8 hours each day in the pool having a blast. The house has lots of space and two nicely separate bedrooms. Lots of room for 2 parents and 2 kids. The house is a little dated but everything in the house worked good. Chasen is an amazing host and was readily available. We contacted him a couple times with questions. He always answered right away and would work with us until the issue was resolved. Definitely recommend this property for a great family get away in the greater Palm Springs area. ##### Sean W. Chasen was very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. The backyard is the undersold portion of this home and we found ourselves outside the majority of the time. Wifi speeds were great for two people on video calls all day and the kitchen was well stocked if you're planning to cook.
