Welcome to Carefree Hideaway, a Vue Vacations home! Located in the gated community of Montage at Santa Rosa, this four-bedroom, four-bath retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and fun. Designed for families and groups, Carefree Hideaway is fully equipped for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying time together in the desert. Inside, the open-concept layout connects everyone in one inviting space. Cook around the double granite islands, watch a movie by the fireplace, or challenge friends to foosball or NBA Jam in the game room. Three of the four bedrooms are private suites with en-suite bathrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy. The primary suite includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and access to the back patio. The junior suite also has a walk-in closet and private entry to the courtyard, while the detached casita features its own kitchenette and bath — perfect for guests who want extra privacy. Step outside to a backyard built for relaxing and hanging out. Lounge by the pool, practice on the three-hole putting green, or grill dinner on the outdoor BBQ and eat under the bistro lights. There’s also a palapa and fire pit with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Carefree Hideaway makes it easy to unwind, spend time together, and enjoy a comfortable stay in the heart of the Coachella Valley. \*Quiet hours and noise restrictions will be strictly enforced. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day as violations can occur at any time. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home. WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY? All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you! DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside. Montage at Santa Rosa is the best location in the Coachella Valley any time of the year, but especially during festival season! Our home is within walking distance of the Empire Polo Grounds - home to Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. Take a quick drive down Jefferson to the famous PGA West golf communities for a round of golf on one of their 3 public courses. A short drive west will take you to the famous El Paseo where you can enjoy a day of shopping and lunch. Or, head over to Old Town La Quinta for dinner. Head to Hwy 111 and you will have access to several grocery and specialty stores such as Target and Costco or coffee shops like Starbucks and Coffee Bean. The house is perfect for three couples and children. Working with the host, Vue Properties, was so easy and they were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Very clean with comfy beds. Great location with quick access to La Quinta and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend!! ##### Linda J. It was exactly as described. The main house was perfect for our teenagers and the casita was adorable for my 83-year-old mother. It was a great location with easy access to Palm Springs, Desert Palm, and Joshua Tree. The hosts were very professional, provided a great resource guide, and went above and beyond to answer any questions while we were there. My group of 9 and I stayed in this home for a weekend get away and we enjoyed ourselves so much! This home was perfect- absolutely no complaints whatsoever. There was more than enough space for all of us and the home was clean and has everything we needed for our stay. I will for sure rebook this home on the future.
